Lunch buffet with chicken, turkey, ham, assorted potatoes and vegetables, salad, rolls, desserts with beverages included. Price of the luncheon will be $22.00 per person.
Our Program will be: General Grant at Appomattox presented by Ken Serfass a living historian who provides a first person impression of the General.
Ken has traveled extensively in providing these appearances at National Parks, Civil War roundtables, the General Grant National Memorial in New York and has presented to the Gettysburg Licensed Battlefield Guide Association to develop a broader civil war study among the guides. He tells the tale of Grant’s life and the honorable service of his armies, as well as debunking myths of his career as a soldier and as the president.
Ken is a Retired Gunnery Sgt, USMC, who served twenty years, with his final tour with the First Marine Division Band during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
